Company sells 5 million common shares on a self-underwritten basis

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 27 - Real Hip-Hop Network, Inc. priced a $25 million initial public offering of stock in a Form S-1 filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company will sell 5 million common shares at $5.00 apiece on a self-underwritten, best-efforts basis.
Proceeds will be used for professional fees, general business development, administration expenses, option fees and software fees.
Based in Washington, D.C., Real Hip-Hop Network intends to provide family-appropriate hip-hop content.
