Reading files $100 million shelf registration covering stock, debt

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 20 - Reading International, Inc. filed a $100 million shelf registration in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The registration covers class A non-voting common stock, debt securities, warrants and units.
The debt securities may be structured as convertibles.
Proceeds will be used to augment working capital and for general corporate purposes.
Reading International is a Commerce, Calif., company that develops multiplex cinemas, along with retail and commercial real estate.
