Moody's rates RCS Investment notes Baa1.za

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned national scale ratings to the ZAR 2 billion domestic medium-term note program of RCS Investment Holdings (Proprietary) Ltd.

Any senior notes issued under the program would be rated Baa1.za; subordinated notes would be rated Baa2.za; and short-term notes would be rated P-2.za.

The outlook is negative.
