Aston/Crosswind Small Cap Growth Fund gets new name, subadviser

San Diego, Feb. 16 - The Aston/Crosswind Small Cap Growth Fund will change its name on Feb. 17 to the Aston Small Cap Growth Fund, according to a 497K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Also on that date, Lee Munder Capital Group, LLC will be the new subadviser to the fund.

The previous subadviser was Crosswind Investments, LLC.

There will be no change in the fund's portfolio management team, current investment objective, principal investment strategies or management fees.

Chicago-based Aston Asset Management, LP serves as the investment adviser to the fund.
