RCN gets official unsecured creditors' committee

Washington, June 14 - RCN Corp. now has an official unsecured creditors' committee. The U.S. trustee appointed three representatives to the committee, according to a filing Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The members are Darryl Schall with Tudor Investment Corp., Eric Edidin with York Capital Management and Sandra Horwitz with HSBC Bank USA.

RCN filed a pre-packaged Chapter 11 on May 27. Its Chapter 11 case number is 04-13638.
