S&P lifts RCI Banque stable

S&P said it revised the outlook on RCI Banque and its core subsidiary, DIAC SA, to stable from negative.

The agency also said it affirmed the BBB long-term and /A-2' long- and short-term counterparty credit ratings on both entities.

The outlook revision mainly reflects a view that RCI's operating performance will remain resilient over the next two years as the recovery of the European car market continues, S&P said.

The positive outlook on the rating of RCI's parent, Renault SA, further reduces risks to the bank’s creditworthiness, the agency said.
