RBC BlueBay Emerging Market Select Fund adds co-manager Shearn

Minneapolis, April 2 - RBC Funds Trust announced that Nick Shearn is now the co-portfolio manager for the RBC BlueBay Emerging Market Select Bond Fund, according to a 497 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Shearn, who replaces Neil Phillips, joins co-manager David Dowsett.

Additionally, the investment advisory business and operations of BlueBay Asset Management Ltd., sub-adviser to the RBC BlueBay Funds, were transferred to a new limited liability partnership entity called BlueBay Asset Management, LLP through an internal corporate restructuring.

The fund's investment adviser is Minneapolis-based RBC Global Asset Management (U.S.) Inc.
