AST Long Duration Bond Portfolio to be renamed on Nov. 4

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Sept. 20 - Advanced Series Trust announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that the AST Long Duration Bond Portfolio will be renamed on Nov. 4.
The fund's new name will be AST Multi-Sector Fixed Income Portfolio.
The portfolio will continue to invest in a diversified portfolio of high-quality bonds and other securities and instruments.
Newark-based Prudential Investments LLC and Shelton, Conn.-based AST Investment Services, Inc. are the joint investment advisers.
