Atlanta, Nov. 18 - Raven Energy Ltd. said Thursday it has sold C$3.4 million in a private placement.
The deal consists of two million flow-through common shares at C$1.70 per share.
Raven is an oil and gas exploration, development and production company based in Calgary, Alta. The company plans to use the proceeds from the offering for working capital.
