Des Moines, Nov. 6 - Rare Element Resources Ltd. settled a private placement of units for C$1.08 million, up from the C$1 million deal size announced on Oct. 15.
The company sold 1,075,000 units of one share and one non-transferable half-share warrant at C$1.00 per unit. Each whole warrant will be exercisable at C$1.35 for 18 months.
The placement is non-brokered.
Proceeds will be used to advance the company's gold and rare earth projects in Wyoming and for general corporate purposes.
Rare Element is a resource exploration company based in Vancouver, B.C.
