Range Resources files automatic shelf to sell notes from time to time

Chicago, May 11 - Range Resources Corp. registered to sell an unspecified amount of debt securities in an S-3ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Range Resources is a Fort Worth, Texas-based independent gas and oil company.
