Range Resources files shelf registration for debt securities, guarantees

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 25 - Range Resources Corp. filed an automatic shelf registration for debt securities and guarantees of debt securities in an S-3-ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The debt securities may be convertible.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Based in Fort Worth, Texas, Range Resources is an oil and gas company.
