Range Resources to repay borrowings under bank credit facility

New York, Jan. 5 – Range Resources Corp. plans to repay borrowings under its bank credit facility with some of the proceeds from an offering of new senior notes, according to a news release.

The company plans to sell $500 million of senior notes due 2029.

Proceeds of the notes will also be used for general corporate purposes.

Range Resources is an oil and natural gas producer based in Fort Worth.
