Range Resources to repay some bank debt with bond proceeds

New York, Aug. 9 - Range Resources Corp. plans on repaying some debt under it senior credit facility using proceeds from a proposed $50 million of 7½% senior subordinated notes offering, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday.

Range Resources is a Fort Worth, Texas-based explorer, developer and acquirer of oil and gas properties.
