Fitch affirms Rand Water

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Rand Water's national long-term and senior unsecured ratings at AA+(zaf).

The outlook for the long-term rating is stable.

The agency said it also affirmed Rand Water's national short-term rating at F1+(zaf).

According to Fitch, Rand Water's ratings continue to reflect its regional monopoly position as the bulk water distributor to the greater Gauteng region.
