RAM Energy investor buys more than 1 million shares

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 26 - RAM Energy Resources, Inc. investors led by Jefferies & Co., Inc. reported the purchase of 1,072,818 shares between Nov. 21 and Nov. 25.

The shares were priced from $0.880 to $1.0016 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Jefferies beneficially owns approximately 16.27 million shares, or 20.7%, of the Tulsa, Okla.-based independent energy company.
