Ramco-Gershenson investor Inland American continues stock sell-off

Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 18 - A group of Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust investors led by Inland American Real Estate Trust, Inc. sold 46,800 shares of the company's stock between Sept. 1 and Sept. 8 priced from $9.31 to $10.61 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Between June 30 and Aug. 31, Inland sold 406,413 shares and kept a 7.5% ownership interest, a prior SEC filing said.

Inland American beneficially owns 1,363,274 shares, or 4.4%, of the Farmington Hills, Mich., real estate investment trust.
