Rallye safeguard plans OK’d; Casino plans €4.5 billion asset disposal

Olympia, Wash., March 2 – Rallye’s safeguard plans were approved by the Paris Commercial Court on Friday, according to a press release from subsidiary Casino, Guichard-Perrachon.

Subsidiaries Cobivia, HMB and Alpetrol and parent companies Fonciere Euris, Finatis and Euris are included in the safeguard plans.

Casino said it is planning an asset disposal totaling €4.5 billion in France by the end of the first quarter of 2021.

Rallye is a Paris-based distributor of food and sporting goods products.
