Rainmaker Systems plans to price $7.2 million public sale of its stock

Deal will fund general corporate purposes, including working capital

Knoxville, Tenn., March 25 - Rainmaker Systems, Inc. said it will price a $7.2 million public offering of stock.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital and capital expenditures.

Based in Campbell, Calif., Rainmaker provides business-to-business marketing services.
