Moody's rates Rainbow National loan Ba3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba3 rating to the proposed senior secured bank credit facility of Rainbow National Services, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cablevision Systems Corp.

Moody's also affirmed the company's B1 corporate family rating, the B2 ratings on its senior unsecured notes and the B3 rating on its senior subordinated notes.

The outlook remains stable.
