Romania’s Raiffeisen Bank commences calls for non-preferred notes

Chicago, Oct. 2 – Raiffeisen Bank SA (Baa1) started fixed-income investor calls for a €300 million senior non-preferred sustainable offering, according to a source.

The fixed-to-floating rate notes are expected to have a four-year tenor and three years of call protection.

BNP Paribas, JPMorgan, Raiffeisen Bank International AG and Raiffeisen Bank SA are working as joint bookrunners on the Regulation S offering.

The issue will come under Raiffeisen’s euro medium-term note program.

The prospective issuer is the third largest bank in Romania in terms of customer loans and the second largest network unit in the Raiffeisen Bank International Group by profit contribution.
