Knoxville, Tenn., May 25 - Radius Gold Inc. said it plans a C$3.5 million non-brokered private placement of units.
The company will sell 10 million units of one common share and one half-share warrant at C$0.35 per unit. Each whole warrant will be exercisable at C$0.50 for two years.
Proceeds will be used for drilling and general working capital.
The mineral explorer is based in Vancouver, B.C.
