RadiSys bought back $58.8 million convertibles in 2004

New York, March 8 - RadiSys Corp. said it bought back a total of $58.8 million of its 5.5% convertible subordinated notes due 2007.

The Hillsboro, Ore.-based computer-networking firm paid $58.2 million for the securities, according to a 10-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

As of Dec. 31, 2004, RadiSys had $10 million of the convertibles outstanding. It noted it has board authorization to buy back all the remaining notes.
