RadiSys buys back $25.3 million of convertibles at discount

New York, Feb. 27 - RadiSys Corp. repurchased $25.3 million of its convertible senior notes with an associated discount of $616,000, according to a 10-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company said it bought back the notes in February in the open market for $24.6 million and, as a result, recorded a gain of $67,000.

RadiSys is a Hillsboro, Ore.-based computer systems producer.
