Radio Systems to launch $300 million term loan B on Wednesday

New York, April 6 – Radio Systems Corp. is scheduled to hold a bank meeting on Wednesday to launch a $300 million seven-year term loan B, according to a market source.

Fifth Third Bank is the lead on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.

Radio Systems is a Knoxville, Tenn.-based manufacturer of pet products.
