RadioShack U.S. Trustee names seven to unsecured creditors committee

Pittsburgh, Feb. 13 – The U.S. Trustee for RadioShack Corp.’s Chapter 11 case appointed seven members Friday to the company’s official committee of unsecured creditors, according to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee appointed by acting Region 3 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara is comprised of Peter Finkel of Wilmington Trust, NA of Minneapolis; Martin Moad of Ft. Worth, Texas; James Grudus of AT&T Corp., based in Bedminster, N.J.; Julie Minnick Bowden of GGP LP of Chicago; Ronald M. Tucker of Simon Property Group, Inc. of Indianapolis; Richard B. Salzman of Tracfone Wireless, Inc. of Miami; and National Distribution Warehouse, Inc. of Brooklyn, N.Y.

RadioShack is a Fort Worth, Texas, technology retailer that filed for bankruptcy on Feb. 5. Its Chapter 11 case number is 15-10197.
