RadioShack to start roadshow Tuesday for $300 million eight-year notes

Portland, Ore., April 25 - RadioShack Corp. will start a roadshow on Tuesday for a $300 million offering of non-callable eight-year senior notes, according to an informed source.

A global investor call is set for Wednesday.

The Rule 144A with registration rights deal is set to price late in the April 25 week.

Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities are the joint bookrunners.

The notes feature a 101% poison put.

Credit ratings remain to be determined.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the repurchase of stock.

RadioShack is a Fort Worth, Texas-based communications, technology and power supply products retailer.
