Radico Khaitan plans to repurchase foreign currency convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 29 - Radico Khaitan Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider plans at a board of directors meeting on Jan. 6 to buy back its foreign currency convertible bonds.

Radico Khaitan is a distillery based in New Delhi.
