Moody's: Radiation Therapy unaffected by amendments

Moody's Investors Service said the B2 corporate family and probability of default ratings and negative outlook of Radiation Therapy Services, Inc. are unaffected by recent credit agreement amendments.

The agency also said the Ba2 ratings on the term loan and revolving credit facility as well as the B3 rating on the senior subordinated notes are unchanged. Radiation Therapy entered into the amendments on Sept. 29 and Sept. 30.

Moody's said the amendments include an increase in the company's revolver's total capacity to $125 million from $75 million.
