Moody's affirms Radiation Therapy

Moody's Investors Service affirmed Radiation Therapy Services, Inc.'s corporate family rating at B1, probability-of-default at B2, speculative grade liquidity at SGL-3, and senior secured revolving credit facility due 2010 and senior secured term loan due 2012 to B1 (LGD3, 30%) from B1.

The affirmation comes after the company announced it would grow the size of its credit facility by $50 million by exercising its term B loan accordion feature.

The outlook is stable.

Proceeds were used to reduce debt under the company's $140 million revolving credit facility.

The affirmation reflects the company's continuing positive performance, Moody's said.
