Radiant amends revolver, increasing accordion feature

New York, Aug. 5 - Radiant Systems Inc. amended its credit facility, increasing the revolver accordion feature by $25 million, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

With the new accordion feature, the maximum total size possible on the revolver is $105 million.

The amendment was completed on July 31.

JPMorgan is the administrative agent on the deal.

Radiant is an Alpharetta, Ga.-based developer, installer and deliverer of services for managing site operations of hospitality and retail industries.
