Radha Madhav holders to consider $10 million convertibles issue

New York, Jan. 5 - Radha Madhav Corp. Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will have a shareholders' meeting on Jan. 21 to vote on a $10 million issue of foreign currency convertibles.

Radha Madhav is a Daman, India-based packaging and printing company.
