S&P rates Race Point loan BB
Standard & Poor's said it assigned a preliminary BB rating to Race Point's $275 million seven-year senior secured term loan.
S&P also assigned a preliminary recovery rating of 1 to the loan, indicating expectation for 90% to 100% recovery.
The outlook is stable.
