New York, Oct. 5 - Rabobank Nederland sold $1.5 billion of 2.125% five-year notes on Tuesday to yield Treasuries plus 98 basis points, a source close to the trade said.
The notes (Aaa/AA/) priced at 99.755 to yield 2.177%. They are non-callable and guaranteed by Rabobank's New York branch.
Bookrunners were Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co.
The agribusiness lender is based in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
