New Issue: Rabobank Nederland prices $1.75 billion 4.75% 10-year notes at Treasuries plus 95 bps

New York, Jan. 8 - Rabobank Nederland sold $1.75 billion of 4.75% 10-year notes on Friday to yield 95 basis points over Treasuries, a source away from the offering said.
The notes (Aaa/AAA/) priced at 99.968 to yield 4.754%. They are non-callable and were priced via Rule 144A.
Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley were the bookrunners.
The financing company for the food and agriculture industries is based in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
