Assurant selling notes in three maturities on Monday

New York, March 25 - Assurant, Inc. is expected to price notes (Baa2/BBB/) in three maturities Monday, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The offering includes tranches due 2018, 2023 and 2043.

BofA Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including repayment of notes due 2014.

The specialized insurance company is based in New York City.
