Acquifer Capital reports purchase of 982,844 shares of Access Integrated Technologies

Charlotte, N.C., Aug. 15 - Aquifer Capital Group, LLC bought 982,844 shares of Access Integrated Technologies, Inc. for a 6.95% ownership interest in the company, according to a schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The shares were acquired between June 16 and Aug .13 at prices from $1.70 to $2.45 each, the filing said.
Acquifer Capital beneficially owns 1,862,026 shares of the Morristown, N.J.-based company that provides integrated solutions for digital cinema in the United States.
