Associated Asphalt sets Thursday investor call for $175 million five-year secured notes

Portland, Ore., Feb. 20 - Associated Asphalt Partners LLC plans to host an investor call at 12:30 p.m. ET on Thursday to discuss its $175 million offering of five-year senior secured notes (Caa1/B), according to market sources.

A roadshow began on Wednesday, and is set to wrap up on Feb. 27.

The deal is expected to price in the middle part of the week ahead.

Goldman Sachs & Co., KeyBanc Capital Markets and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. are the joint bookrunners.

Nomura and Fifth Third Securities are the co-managers.

The Rule 144A for life notes come with two years of call protection.

The Roanoke, Va.-based liquid asphalt supplier plans to use the proceeds to repay bank debt.
