Assicurazioni Generali calls €301.6 million fixed-to-floaters due 2042

Columbus, Ohio, May 31 – Assicurazioni Generali SpA issued a notice of redemption for the €301.6 million outstanding of its €750 million 10 1/8% fixed-to-floating rate notes due July 2042 (ISIN: XS0802638642), according to an announcement.

The notes will be redeemed on July 10 at par plus the accrued interest up to, but excluding, the redemption date.

Generali is a Trieste, Italy-based insurance and asset management provider.
