Three Putnam Asset Allocation Funds change names, add manager Kutin

San Diego, Nov. 30 - Three Putnam Asset Allocation Funds have changed names, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Effective Nov. 30, the Putnam Asset Allocation: Growth Portfolio will change to the Putnam Dynamic Asset Allocation Growth Fund, the Putnam Asset Allocation: Balanced Portfolio will change to the Putnam Dynamic Asset Allocation Balanced Fund, and the Putnam Asset Allocation: Conservative Portfolio will change to the Putnam Dynamic Asset Allocation Conservative Fund.
The filing also said that Joshua Kutin has joined the funds' portfolio management team, which consists of Jeffrey Knight, James Fetch, Robert Kea, Robert Schoen and Jason Vaillancourt.
Kutin has been employed by the funds' investment adviser, Boston-based Putnam Investment Management, LLC, since 1998, previously as an analyst and currently as a portfolio manager.
