India's Punjab National Bank to sell up to Rs. 5 billion bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 17 - Punjab National Bank informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it plans to conduct a private placement of up to Rs. 5 billion in upper tier II bonds, series VII.

The offering will open and close on Feb. 18.

New Delhi-based Punjab National Bank is a public sector commercial bank.
