Portland, Ore., Jan. 17 - Puma Energy Holdings Pte. Ltd. plans to begin a global roadshow on Monday for a $750 million offering of seven-year senior notes (Ba2//BB), according to a market source.

The roadshow wraps up on Jan. 27.
