New Issue: Pulaski County Public Facilities, Ark., sells $138.91 million of bonds

New York, Dec. 1 – The Pulaski County Public Facilities Board of Arkansas sold $138.91 million of series 2014 health care revenue bonds for Baptist Health, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (/A+/) were sold through Stephens Inc., Raymond James/Morgan Keegan and Crews & Associates.

The bonds are due 2022 to 2031 with term bonds due in 2039, 2042 and 2044. The serial bonds have a 5% coupon with a 2.60% to 3.58% yields. The 2039 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 109.436 to yield 3.85% and the 2042 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 108.574 to yield 3.95%. The 2044 bonds have a 4.25% coupon priced at 97.922 to yield 4.375%.

Proceeds will be used to acquire, construct and design health care facilities.
