ISDA sets Aug. 17 auction to settle Puerto Rico credit default swaps

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, July 28 – The International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. has set an auction to settle the credit derivative trades for Puerto Rico for Aug. 17, according to a notice.

As previously reported, the ISDA’s Americas credit derivatives determinations committee resolved earlier this month that a failure-to-pay credit event occurred for Puerto Rico.
