Moody's: Puebla loan Baa2/Aa2.mx

Moody's de Mexico said it assigned debt ratings of Baa2 on the global scale, local currency and Aa2.mx on the Mexico national scale to the Ps. 2.5 billion enhanced loan of the State of Puebla from BBVA Bancomer.

Moody's said the ratings assigned to the loan, which was acquired in 2010 and restructured in March 2012, reflect the underlying creditworthiness of the State of Puebla, which is rated Baa3/Aa3.mx with a stable outlook.
