Snohomish County Public Utility, Wash., to sell $58.34 million bonds

New York, Oct. 23 - The Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County, Wash., plans to price $58,335,000 of series 2012 electric system revenue refunding bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds will be sold through Citigroup Global Markets Inc. with Goldman, Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC as the co-managers.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2017, 2020 to 2022 and 2025 to 2028.

Proceeds will be used to refund the district's series 2004 bonds.
