PSE&G announces offering of medium-term notes due 2026

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 7 – Public Service Electric & Gas Co. is planning to price an offering of secured medium-term notes, series L, according to a 424B3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will mature in 10 years. They will have a make-whole call until three months before maturity and will be redeemable at par after that.

BNY Mellon Capital Markets LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Mizuho Securities USA Inc., MUFG Securities Americas Inc., Wells Fargo Securities LLC and CastleOak Securities, LP are the underwriters.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

PSE&G is a Newark, N.J.-based utility.
