PSE&G planning secured notes offering due 2024

Virginia Beach, Nov. 4 – Public Service Electric & Gas Co. is planning to price secured medium-term notes, series J, due Nov. 15, 2024, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The agents are Barclays, Goldman Sachs & Co., Loop Capital Markets LLC and Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc.

The notes will feature a make-whole call.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

PSE&G is a Newark, N.J.-based utility.
