PSE&G plans sale of secured medium-term notes due 2031

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 17 – Public Service Electric & Gas Co. intends to price an offering of series N secured medium-term notes due Aug. 15, 2031, according to a 424B3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes have a make whole call until May 15, 2031 and then a par call.

BofA Securities, Inc., CIBC World Markets Corp., MFR Securities, Inc., MUFG, TD Securities (USA) LLC and U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

PSE&G is a Newark-based utility.
