Public Service Co. of Oklahoma to redeem all $150 million 4.85% notes

Chicago, Nov. 20 - Public Service Co. of Oklahoma said it will redeem all of its outstanding $150 million principal amount of unsecured 4.85% senior notes, series C, due Sept. 15, 2010.

The public utility subsidiary of American Electric Power said it will redeem them at par plus accrued interest to Dec. 21, the redemption date.

The utility also will pay a make-whole premium, which will be determined three business days prior to the redemption date.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the redemption agent and trustee.
